We’ll use your used Hoof Boots for Workshop training, ensuring our Fitting Partners are equipped with the knowledge and hands-on experience to provide a renowned Fitting Service. STEP 1
Add your new pair of Hoof Boots to your basket.
You can add additional Hoof Boots and any Pads, Accessories, Parts and Hoofcare products to your basket too. And don’t forget to unlock our discount code for FREE Standard Delivery when you spend over £110 (worth £4.95 per order).
STEP 2
At checkout, please complete our trade-in form, providing the brand, model and size of your used Hoof Boots, then place your order.
Please trade-in one pair of Hoof Boots per order for 10% OFF your new pair, even if you didn’t purchase them from us. Please note, we only accept Hoof Boot brands, models and sizes that we currently offer at our Online Store for trade-in. Please check we sell your existing pair of Hoof Boots before confirming trade-in.
STEP 3
Once you receive your new pair, post your used Hoof Boots back to us and we’ll refund you 10% OFF the value of your new pair.
For sustainability, please post your used pair of Hoof Boots securely to us in the same packaging as your new pair. Our shipping address is provided on the courier label affixed to the packaging. Please provide a note in the packaging with your Full Name and Order Number to avoid any refund delays. Postage charges may apply. Approval will be required on used pair to confirm eligibility criteria before issuing refund. Lowest value pair of Hoof Boots in your order are eligible for trade-in offer. Clearpay instalments are not eligible for our trade-in offer.
