  • With a Fitting Appointment, one of our approved Fitting Partners will visit the address for where you keep your horse(s) and, using a variety of hoof boot Fitting Kits, find the best fit for you and your horses needs. They can ensure a far more accurate fit for your horse than by consulting size guides.

As a Fitting Partner will be visiting your address with hoof boot Fit Kits, there’s no need to upload multiple photos of each hoof to us.

Fitting Appointment's can provide a service for multiple horses, whereas an Online Fitting can only offer advice and recommendations for one horse at a time.

You’ll receive personable advice and product recommendations with a friendly Fitting Partner.

  • Please submit one Fitting Appointment request at a time. Multiple submissions may be rejected.

Our Fitting Partners are pro’s at finding the best fit for your horse(s), but they might not be qualified and are not responsible for conducting a static/dynamic assessment or providing a formal diagnosis for any issues your horse(s) may be experiencing. We advise consulting an RCVS qualified veterinary professional or registered farrier.

The hoof boots should be kept clean, unmarked and ‘as new’ until you’re happy that they all fit correctly. This will reserve your right to a full refund.

Please ensure you provide your Fitting Partner with information about your horse(s), such as the level of work, any current or ongoing issues (e.g. Laminitis) and your intended use for the Hoof Boots.

Please note: we do not recommend using Hoof Boots for intense use cases, such as horse racing and hunting.

  • Please ensure your horse(s) have all shoes removed in time for your appointment. We’re unable to find the best fit for your horse(s) with shoes on.

Before your appointment, please ensure your horses feet/legs are clean and dry, and bandage any feather or hair above the coronet band.

Please ensure you have a valid Credit/Debit card or cash for payment at the end of your appointment.

If your appointment is with The Hoof Boot Shop, we accept most major Credit/Debit cards, such as Visa, Mastercard and American Express.
