  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express for our Online and Trade Stores.

  • You can pay for your order using Apple Pay, PayPal or by using a Hoof Boot Shop E-Gift Card. You can also pay in interest-free instalments with Clearpay.

  • Yes, we’ve partnered with Clearpay to provide payments in interest-free instalments.

  • We accept all major credit/debit cards, including Visa, Mastercard and American Express, as well as cash for Fitting Appointment's hosted by us. We're unable to accept PayPal, Clearpay or our E-Gift Card for a Fitting Appointment.

    Payments must be made in full at the end of your Fitting Appointment. Once paid, a Fitting Appointment is non-refundable.

  • You can spend your E-Gift Card balance with us at our Online and Trade stores. We’re unable to accept our E-Gift Cards for face-to-face purchases or Fitting Appointments.

  • Our Trade Membership is FREE to join for eligible applicants.

  • Once confirmed, we’ll aim to refund you within 7-10 working days, however this is often sooner. You’ll receive an email confirming your refund.
